Why I'm running for council

I grew up in West Vancouver. With a background in civil engineering and experience in construction and education, I bring a practical, evidence-based approach to solving our municipal challenges.

I'm running because I'd like to have a smart congestion management strategy for the North Shore, starting with a demand-based approach to parking management in West Van, and in collaboration with Metro Vancouver, managing congestion on the bridges and downtown to give us a congestion free North Shore.

The current council has lacked a coherent vision for parking. Since pay parking was introduced in September 2025, policy has been marked by repeated backtracking. West Vancouver deserves clear leadership that delivers modern, lasting infrastructure solutions.
